Course Overview

Our language courses ( English, French, Spanish, Lithuanian and Russian) for adults combine 45-minute lessons and 45-minute workshops for a dynamic and effective learning experience. Lessons focus on building core skills—grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, and writing—while workshops engage students in practical, hands-on activities like storytelling, discussions, role-plays, culture exploration and creative projects. Workshops are tailored to the group’s language level and the ongoing theme.

Story’s Explorer (A1 Level): Explore storytelling and basic creative expression using simple language.

Screen Stories (A2 Level): Learn through storytelling in media, improving comprehension and vocabulary.

Speak Up (B1 Level): Build fluency and confidence in spoken communication through interactive discussions.

Creative Writing (B2 Level): Develop advanced writing skills by crafting original and polished works.

Why This Approach Works

By combining theoretical lessons with practical workshops, this approach helps students reinforce what they learn and apply it in meaningful contexts. It builds confidence, enhances fluency, and makes language learning both engaging and effective.

0-5 min	Warm-Up: Icebreaker Question	Begin with a simple icebreaker question (e.g., “What did you do last weekend?”). Students will answer using basic sentences.	Helps students feel comfortable and engage with the lesson.
5-15 min	Grammar Focus: Present Simple	Introduce and explain the Present Simple tense, focusing on basic sentence construction (e.g., “I like music”). Students practice making sentences using the Present Simple.	Teach the structure of the Present Simple and its practical usage.
15-25 min	Vocabulary Practice: Daily Activities	Teach vocabulary related to daily activities (e.g., wake up, eat breakfast, go to school). Use flashcards or a matching exercise to reinforce vocabulary.	Build vocabulary related to everyday activities.
25-35 min	Grammar Practice: Writing Sentences	Students complete a worksheet where they must write short sentences using the Present Simple tense and daily activity vocabulary (e.g., “I wake up at 7 AM”). Students share their sentences with the class.	Practice Present Simple and sentence construction through writing and sharing.
35-40 min	Listening Exercise: Daily Routines	Play an audio or video clip about someone’s daily routine. Students listen and identify Present Simple verbs in the context of daily activities.	Reinforce Present Simple usage in real-life contexts.
40-45 min	Wrap-Up & Review	Review the key points of the lesson: Present Simple tense and vocabulary for daily activities. Ask students to share sentences they’ve written.	Consolidate lesson content and provide corrective feedback.
45-50 min	Warm-Up: Sharing Favorite Stories	Ask students to share one of their favorite stories or books and briefly explain the plot in English.	Activate prior knowledge, engage students, and introduce the theme of storytelling.
50-60 min	Story Introduction	Introduce a simple short story or narrative with familiar themes (e.g., a day at school or a weekend adventure). Use visuals or props to support comprehension.	Improve listening skills and introduce key vocabulary related to everyday experiences.
60-75 min	Story Exploration	Have students work in pairs or small groups to retell the story in their own words, adding details and modifying the story as they wish.	Develop speaking and listening skills through storytelling and group collaboration.
75-85 min	Role-Playing	In pairs, students choose roles from the story and perform a short scene, focusing on pronunciation, expression, and dialogue.	Practice conversational skills and reinforce grammar structures through role-play.
85-90 min	Wrap-Up & Discussion	Review the story, ask questions about the characters and plot, and discuss the new vocabulary learned during the workshop.	Reinforce comprehension and vocabulary while encouraging students to express opinions and ideas.
